Reisha Roopchand was born ready for the spotlight. If you could teach being photogenic then she would have a Masters degree. It would be her second one to go with her MBA in Marketing from St. Thomas Aquinas College. The Trinidadian-native left her favorite shopping haunts in the New York metropolitan area and a stint at BMW in 2005 to bask in the warm weather of Southern Florida and be closer to her greatest love, family. When she is not marketing a celebrity spirit or posing with one of the premium wines she has brought to America as President and CEO of Renaissance Beverage Importers, you will find her enjoying a “fab” girls night out at some posh nightspot, a Heat game (skybox of course) or enjoying the latest luxury outing whether it is a party for Lamborghini or the Winterfest Boat Parade. Yet her favorite camera ops are with her darling nieces and nephews and when she has the chance to glam up and don her pink stilettos for a great cause. Reisha has always been a fighter, she lost her parents at an early age so nothing came easy. When she entered corporate America she often found herself amongst only a few women in the C-suite so she fought to be heard. Now a business owner she is fighting for her piece of the pie. So taking on the fight against breast cancer is just another day in her glamorous life.

A Fort Lauderdale native, Lisa Scott-Founds is known for her bubbly Dom Perignon White Gold Jeroboam attitude about South Florida.  As President and CEO of Winterfest, Inc. Lisa found her true calling as the Divine Diva of Parade Dazzle. Her d’amour with Winterfest began as a precocious child mesmerized by this parade that was part of her family’s holiday tradition. She continued the affair with the magical event every December as a volunteer after graduating from Florida State University. Lisa’s vivacious attitude catapulted her from volunteer to public relations as the cheerful spokesperson of the “World’s Most Watched Boat Parade” to her current position. Along with her stellar staff, brilliant board of directors and vigorous volunteers, Lisa celebrates 15 years adding the zing and zest that makes Winterfest a Waterway Wonder.

But don’t let that blonde bouncy bombshell facade fool ya - since Lisa has been wearing the Cloche Captain’s hat, Winterfest has grown into an internationally famous event. The parade has a live audience of over one million and the television special is aired to millions more around the country. This decadent diva handles the holiday helm of the seventh largest one-day live spectator mega-event in the country. Yet what makes her special in the eyes of the community is her focus to ensure the event brings family and friends together.

This Cinderella considers herself blessed to make a stiletto mark in her community. Under the Winterfest blanket, Lisa has integrated many charitable and volunteer endeavors such as PINION Board, Beaux Arts (Past-President) for the Museum of Art, and co-chair for the Annual Women’s Way luncheon. Lisa has served on a variety of committees and is currently a member of the Downtown Rotary, Leadership Broward Foundation, Fort Lauderdale Chamber and Marine Industries Association of South Florida. Her dedication to the community has been recognized by many notable awards and distinctions including the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Circle of Excellence Award, March of Dimes Woman of Distinction, Cystic Fibrosis Fort Lauderdale’s Finest Couples, as well as an appointment to the City of Fort Lauderdale Marine Advisory Board.

Lisa and her princely partner, David Founds, live life to its fullest in Fort Lauderdale and love being surrounded by their family, friends and their two pampered playful pooches - KJ and Bailey (beagles).

With over 18 years in the entertainment business, she has just about done it all. NY, LA, Vegas?  Been there, done that.  In Nashville, Lisa produced, wrote and recorded a country CD of her own original work entitled "Simply Me" and has the music videos to prove it! While singing telegrams really sharpened her improvisational skills, it was through being the mistress of ceremonies for many different kinds of events, that she learned to become quick witted and spontaneous.  This gave her the edge she needed to land the host position for several TV shows.  Her newest adventure, Roving Reporter 315, has her covering all kinds of fun and exciting events making the viewers wish they were there with her.

Lisa has used her voice to volunteer as a reader for "Insight for the blind, " delivers Meals On Wheels every Monday morning and is an active member of volunteer broward.

She also enjoys long walks on the beach.

Welcome to her circle of fun.  www.lisapirro.com

She is fearless and fabulous. This boardroom bombshell has been making an indelible mark on the non-profit sector for over fifteen years. In her capacity as president and CEO for the Urban League of Broward County, Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh takes the lead in raising awareness and funding sources that support the agency’s mission to helping underserved communities.

With a master’s degree in social work and a doctoral degree in organizational leadership, Germaine is the epitome of a professional diva: knowledgeable, dedicated and results-oriented. Her hard work has been recognized by several South Florida businesses and organizations including a recent honor as one of The Miami Herald’s emerging leaders under 40.

Four-inch heels can’t stop this sassy CEO from juggling career and family life. She is a master of work-life-balance—navigating a multi-million dollar organizational budget, serving as chairperson of numerous committees and still managing to attend PTO meetings at her children’s school. Dr. Smith-Baugh resides in sunny South Florida with her husband Paul Allan Baugh and their children Allan and Victoria.

This Latina babe is a native of South Florida and has had a fast, furious & fab career with Y-100 Radio for the past three years, and is currently Promotions Director for the flagship station.  Mishelle loves her work so much she couldn’t imagine herself on any other career path. A graduate of FIU, Mishelle has traveled to many exotic locales including Australia, the Canary Islands and has a secret passion for a second home (someday) in glamorous California.   But when it comes to kicking back, this style-setter loves to go on shopping bonanzas or enjoy casual evenings sipping wine and sharing time with friends.  And when it comes to family time, Mishelle can be spotted around town with her little brother Gabriel, 10, and sister, Alexandra, 7.  Or you might find her walking her own ‘furry children’ Reese, her wonderful Yorkie, and Peanut, her sassy hot dog .  An aficionado of Red Velvet cupcakes, Mishelle can rattle off the best cupcakeries in town if you can’t make up your mind (just be sure to pick Red Velvet, trust us!). Probing Mishelle for her deepest true confession we unearthed that she is a teeny bopper at heart…the question that plagues her in a world of the latest musical discoveries: when are they going to bring back NSYNC and Backstreet Boys???

Dianne Greenberger was born into a military family, but she is every bit the Glam Girl!  Traveling and exploring was always a way of life for Dianne. Relocating to South Florida in 1984, she never looked back! Serving as Director of Special Events for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward for seven years helped Dianne to connect in the community with her giving spirit. During that time she met and married her soul-mate, David, who as Dianne puts it 'is undoubtedly the best thing to ever happen to me!’. The next best thing to happen was becoming a Big Sister to a teenage ‘little sister’ who now has a doctorate from Columbia and is an awesome young lady!  Not having had children of her own, mentoring was an extraordinary experience for Dianne.

Broward Meals on Wheels has been another pet charity of hers, delivering hot Thanksgiving meals to home bound seniors.   She joined her husband six years ago helping to build their family business, SCG & Associates, which assists companies in branding themselves.  Dianne is a force to be reckoned with!

In Dianne’s words: ‘I am really thrilled to take on a role with Glam-a-THON™ and have met many new friends, all with the same great desire to help those desperately looking for a caring hand.  I'm loving it!’

Dianne’s extended family include her fabulous four legged ‘children’, 12 and 13 year old long haired Doxies.
